PAULO BASTOS

Attorney Paulo Bastos is a member of the State Bar of California and currently works at the Garden Grove office. He is licensed to practice immigration law throughout the United States, Portugal, and Brazil. He has many years of experience representing immigrants in deportation cases, including requests for stays of removal, defense in immigration court, and handling urgent asylum applications. He has worked directly with ICE to protect the rights of individuals facing removal, especially in complex legal situations.

In addition to deportation defense, Mr. Bastos has successfully assisted hundreds of clients with naturalization, adjustment of status, waivers of inadmissibility, and visa categories such as EB-2 NIW, EB-3, EB-1, E-2, O, and U visas. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and is committed to listening carefully and clearly explaining legal options while guiding clients through every step of the immigration process.
